3 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons cold minced meat
pepper and salt (to taste)

Put the milk and butter into a small saucepan and when it comes to the boil break in the eggs; stir till it thickens, add minces meat and seasoning. Simmer for a minute or two, but do no allow to break. Dish on rounds of buttered toast and sprinkle with parsley. Serve very hot. (Good).
